We are a family team passionate about pâtisserie. Led by Ligia, our founder, and Carol, our pastry chef, Uai Paris unites Minas Gerais tradition and French technique in every sweet.

    She founded Uai Paris in 2004, starting at home by catering the very first Gamb’s Buffet party in Arcos. Her dedication to the flavor and beauty of sweets gave rise to everything the house is today.

    Carol

    Ligia’s daughter, she trained in Gastronomy and brought French techniques to the house creations. Today she leads production side by side with her mother, blending Minas Gerais tradition with French refinement.
